Adult Membership Plan
Are you looking for an affordable dental health plan? At Fear Free Dental, we offer an Adult Membership Plan. This plan is only for patients who are 13 years or older and don’t have any periodontal disease.
Adult Membership Plan costs $53 per month and $149 as a Lifetime Activation Fee. The plan includes one to two doctor exams and two professional dental cleanings for one year. This plan will also include needed X-rays, one emergency exam, and a 3D image per year, as required. Patients can get 15% off on all other treatments, excluding some. You can save at least $755.00 a year!
Perio Membership Plan
If you think it’s too expensive to get periodontal maintenance and treatment, then here at Fear Free Dental we offer a Perio Membership Plan. This plan is perfect for patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal (gum) disease.
Perio Membership Plan costs $88 per month and $149 as a Lifetime Activation Fee which also includes the first month. The plan will cover three perio maintenance cleanings and one to two doctor exams for a year. With the Perio maintenance plan, the patient can also receive X-rays and one emergency exam along with a 3D image per year, if necessary. Patients also get 15% off on all other treatments, which include some exclusions. You can save at least $725.00 a year!
Child Membership Plan
No insurance for your child? The Child Membership Plan that we offer here at Fear Free Dental could be the perfect one for them.
This Membership Plan costs $36 per month and $149 as a Lifetime Activation Fee, including the first month. The plan will cover one to two doctor exams, two professional dental cleanings, and one fluoride treatment a year. This plan will also include any necessary X-rays or one emergency exam per year. Our little patients can also get 15% off on all other treatments, excluding some dental procedures. You can save at least $375.00 a year!
